HUANG & HU Calls on the Biden Administration to Grant Ukrainian Students Special Student Relief

HUANG & HU calls on the Biden Administration to issue a Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation and announce Special Student Relief (SSR) for Ukrainian nationals residing or studying in the United States.

TPS provides work permits and protection from deportation. SSR prevents them from losing their F-1 status. Both TPS and SSR would protect Ukrainians in the United States, including many F-1 Ukrainian international students.

HUANG & HU is determined to work closely with local universities to provide free legal services for those Ukrainian students who are unable to return to their country.
