
Yilun Hu “Alan” 胡逸伦
Yilun “Alan” Hu is a litigation attorney known for combining legal strategy with technical insight and global perspective. Before entering the legal field, he was a bond trader at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), where he gained deep experience in financial markets and regulatory risk.
He later earned a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Chicago, building fluency in cryptocurrency systems, AI, and emerging technologies. Yilun has since advised multinational corporations, nonprofits, and Chinese enterprises in the U.S. on compliance investigations, sanctions, entity list issues, and commercial disputes.
Yilun is also recognized as a pioneer in legal technology and fresh approaches. Named to the 2024 and 2025 Rising Stars List by Super Lawyer, he stands among a select group—less than 2.5 percent in each state.
